Yoga Training at Rosewell

Many Yoga postures or asanas as they are known are focussed on the flexibility of the spine. At Rosewell we encourage a holistic approach to Yoga that increases awareness and sensitivity to energy.
A typical session begins with warm ups, moves on to asanas with breathing practises, followed by relaxation and then mediation.
